Easy Coffee was looking for a digital partner to implement a powerful and scalable ERP system capable of managing its e-commerce activities, coffee machine rentals, and customer operations in a unified environment.

We developed an integrated ERP system powered by Odoo, designed to centralize all core business processes.

The system manages customers, orders, invoicing, inventory, and rental contracts through a single, efficient platform.

The ERP includes advanced inventory management, allowing precise tracking of consumables such as coffee, milk, and sugar, with automatic replenishment triggered by real-time alerts.

A clean and user-friendly website was developed to support the ERP system, with a simple design focused on usability and operational efficiency.

The coffee machine rental management system developed for Easy Coffee provides a fully integrated solution to manage rental operations efficiently. A customized dashboard allows full visibility over rental data, including customer information, machine serial numbers, rental durations, and locations. The system also features advanced inventory management with precise, dose-level tracking of coffee, milk, and sugar consumption, monitored remotely for each rented machine to ensure accurate and optimized replenishment.





Automated alerts are triggered when stock levels fall below predefined thresholds, ensuring timely and efficient restocking. In parallel, Easy Coffee delivers and installs the latest generation of connected coffee machines under an all-inclusive rental model, providing an initial stock of consumables tailored to each client’s needs.
